1:1 Support at Home

We offer a sitting service to support your child at home. You will first need to complete a referral request so we fully understand your child's needs. We offer a free introduction prior to our first visit.

We offer 1:1 support for individuals to access community activities. You will first need to complete a referral request so we fully understand your child's needs. We offer a free introduction prior to our first visit.

Admin Support - General Advice

Receive support from us by email. We aim to respond to emails within 48 hours (usually 24) and can provide you with support and advice with navigating systems and processes, legal advice and template letters.

Support Call

Book a telephone / video call with us for support or advice with navigating systems and processes in relation to SEND or emotional support. We'll also follow up with you by email afterwards with a summary of our discussion and advised next steps. Weekend and evening calls available.

Letter Writing

We can support you by writing letters such as letters of complaint, or letters to your child's school regarding provision and your child's needs. We will first have a telephone / video call so we can fully understand the case history and your wishes / agenda.

We can provide support at meetings with the local authority or school. We will first have a telephone / video call so we can fully understand the case history and your wishes / agenda. We will also look over any relevant documents in preparation.

EHC Plan Support


EHC Needs Assessment Parental Request

We will support you with putting together a comprehensive parental request. This includes time for us to look over any reports you may have and a telephone / video call to understand your case and your child's needs.

EHC Plan Check

We will read all of the documents, ensuring your child's needs are clearly reflected in their EHC Plan. We will check that all of your child's needs have clear and quantified provision in place and highlight any unlawful language, all in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice 2014.

Refusal to Assess Appeal

We will support you with the procedure to follow for a Refusal to Assess appeal. Support with gathering evidence and completing the relevant forms to submit to the SEND Tribunal.
